There were conflicting accounts of why Sime was confined to a wheelchair. He told members of a Christchurch gun club where he used to shoot that he had the wasting disease muscular dystrophy, but Parafed Canterbury, which offers sport and recreational activities for people with disabilities, said he had a spinal cord injury.
So are the spin doctors of ACC hard at work covering up the lack of support this guy got.
Why were there no apparent support systems in place, describing him as a "Loner" does not cut the ice as an excuse for a compensation system which has failed completely.
Why when he complained of being suicidal were no alarm bells ringing
Is this what happens when "Clerks" are given fancy names, key performance indicators to meet, provided with expected future intentions and let loose on what John key described I believe as vulnerable members of society.
Has Michael Jacksons Death once again shown up just how dangerous Doctors can be and are ACC preferred providers just as dangerous as Michaels doctor apparently was.
Stay away from ACC and as soon as you get ANY reports from the clerks pay to get educated people to give you a real reading before you listen to half baked clerks whom most other palces would probably refuse to employ.

Brain injury for me mean's my scope is now limited they say i have cognitive difficulties and behavioral problems for me this translates altered perception and takes no crap lol
I have alot of fun with the latest so called Independent Medical File Review, or as ACc say occupational medical assessment which shows me to be so brain injured that I need constant supervision and the only occupations available to me would be in s sheltered workshop type environment.
Actually it sets out nicely almost every breach of BORA and Human rights ACC Staff have made, possibly including the changed diagnosis.
I now tell everybody who knows me BUT I am ........ and they all go "for fucks sake Pete behave yourself and get on with what you are doing.
A small numerous coup for me which you may enjoy, considering how ACC steals and changes identities is I am a Pin up Boy for a Cancer Society Program, under a different identity and shown with a different wife.
When we worked on this campaign I was sure ACc would get wind of it and block me taking part and when at last it was out there I laughed my head of about it. would cost ACC a fortune to block it now but going by past experienced ACC will spend huge amounts to stop clients rehab attempts.
You would not believe the lengths they went to and the cover up they made over blocking me taking part in the Lord of the Rings Movies.
Yet it is all documented in the ACC files when you go through them.
seems according to one Boss this all started because I wrote some silly things on the internet about ACc and as a result the staff involved actually told him they were out to get me because of it.
seems they have pretty well destroyed me as far as getting employment but I keep going and people seem to enjoy my yarns.

keep smiling remember diagnosed Brain Injury is just an ACC cop out so they can claim you were the problem and avoid any disadvantage to their future intentions toward you.
Once you get enough confidence to accept that you will do well.
Strange how dealing with them looks pretty funny and keystone cop like in hindsight and most learned people seem to think the ACC is very brain injured and demented in its actions.
So brain injured the only occupation available to me would be in a sheltered workshop type environment!!!

Amazing thing is by the time we finished filming this the punks and I had done so many resets that we were about ready for a real rumble!
I AM SO BADDDDD! As said done it all by ourselves without any help from anybody at ACC and despite a hell of a lot of shit from the staff and identity theft over the years.
Often think how far ahead I'd be had I done the Lord of the Rings Filming, but there is still time.

WTF has this got to do with the initial thread? Are you too brain injured to start your own??? This site is supposed to be an ACC claimants support site, as such I have a right to be here as much as any one else including you. I chose to not participate in this anymore as I was looking for something that would be unhealthy to me and possibly others, not because I am an advocate on the make as you put it! It is rude to disregard a post and start wanking on about something totally unrelated to topic. You exhibit exactly the kind of discrimination that prompted me to join this site in the first place, but you know obviously don't concern yourself with how your posts might hit others here.
