As the district nurses dressed my wound each time they came to see me, which was my incapacity before my leg was amputated in 2002, I believe that the district nurses are health providers and by them invoicing ACC each month for prior approval, ACC would have known beyond all reasonable doubt that I was incapacitated before they paid to have my leg amputated in 2002. So far the district nurses have been very reluctant and have avoided telling me how the system worked from 1999 onwards.....I would appreciate any comments on facts on how the system worked from the district nurses to ACC on an invoice system...I need this to prove my case.
