"An internet page inciting hatred against Burnside High School's new principal has been removed by the pupil who created it. The year 12 boy created a group on social-networking site Facebook called "I hate Burnside's new principal!!!" that attracted threatening and defamatory comments about principal Warwick Maguire.
The comments prompted a police investigation." Stuff
It's just a shame that the ACC daren't complain or try to shut down sites like this that expose corruption and exploitation within the ACC system.
ACC's chief executive is charged by statute to maintain ACC's good name yet Dr Jan White dare not act because claimants posting on this site have documented proof of the corruption, lies, deceit and fraudulent practices of her staff.
I hate ACC!

I guess the lad did well to remove the page before the police busted his hideout...
Having just been issued Tasers I'm sure they were disappointed in not being able to trial them on this notorious criminal.
Next time eh... Put a scare in the kid! He'll never want to be a policeman when he grows up.
FFS have the cops nothing more important to do?
But as for inciting hatred and generating physical threats?
Where do you draw the line? Where does a website administrator draw the line?
Facebook terms and conditions specify that "You will not post content that is hateful, threatening, pornographic, or that contains nudity or graphic or gratuitous violence."
Facebook did not withdraw the page... Was Facebook even consulted?
For example... "I'd like to knee-cap the bastard CM that withheld 27 medical reports from Doctors."
Does the above constitute a threat? Has it been read in context? Is it relating to current events or events 13 years ago?
ACC routinely misquotes "facts" to suit their own agenda!
I know 1 claimant who was placed on the "risky claimant register" by a case manager misquoting part of a sentence from a Doctors report. That claimant is a risk to ACC staff because they are delusional! not "Delusional when exposed to solvents"
