What could be simpler!
I do not want a copy of my file since 2008.
A call to complaints elicited a positive response! Indeed said Cherly what could be simpler.. You want a complete copy of your file not just an update since 2008.
The Team Manager from Whangarei rang me shortly thereafter and said NO!
He is happy to send me the items missing from my file? If I ask for them!
He refuses to provide a complete copy of my file. Why?
So I had another witter to complaints and the complaint is now formal and has been lodged with the complaints investigator.
Well hopefully the complaint's investigator will uphold my complaint and Order ACC to provide a complete copy of my file.
I guess that if complaints can't make ACC comply with the privacy act then I'll appeal ACC's decision under the claimants code of rights...
Will the reviewer deny me my rights to a complete copy of my file?



ACC have apologised twice now for breaching my rights and not providing a complete copy of my file.
ACC have also assured me that I will receive a complete copy of my complaint file by the 4'th may!

ACC complaints have stated that the reason I cannot have a complete copy of my file is cost!
