To be correct Muppet WINZ are stating that this women is not able to receive WINZ assistance for 5 years because she got 35K Tax Paid! from ACC...

An income of $7000 per annum Tax Paid... Well below the minimum wage! Well below the poverty line... What is ACC trying to hide?

Has ACC stated they paid Tax on this amount? Is there a tax record?

There should be!

Has ACC paid this "tax"? If not why not?

Have claimants checked their tax records... Because ultimately at the end of day somebody has to pay tax... and claimants are liable!

How many services on your tax paid account have you received?

Has ACC paid for services you as a claimant have not received?

Think about it! Some ACC Assessors are receiving in excess of half a million dollars a year from ACC!

Thats how much a report?  are these "aresessors" charging ACC? How many reports can they produce per Annum? After all there are only 24 Hrs in day! How many Hours a day do these "arsessors" charge? What is their hourly rate?

As muppet siad "it's not rocket science" . Given that some of ACC "arsessors" work 12 hours a day.. 7 days a week their hourly rate is $114 per hour.  IMHO thats a good earn!

Of course these "carboot arsessors" also have to schedule in their"normal practice " dont they? and you'd assume that's probably three days a week. So working for ACC  their charge out rate per week at 12 hours 4 per day week could probably be worth   265. per hour.. IMHO a bloody good earn.

But how much are these "arsessors"  charging ACC per report? $6000.00 per report...

Doesn't equate does it?  After all if a claimant pays a consultant for a report what does it cost? $900,00 - $1200.oo.?

ACC considers it's get value for money by paying $6000.00 for a report from a GP over a Specialist report costing only $12.oo.oo Who is being ripped off? The claimant; The levy payer or the claimant?
